Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is for patients 18+ struggling with depression and anxiety. Building on knowledge from Part 1, we offer more in-depth learning about the role of thoughts along with CBT tools and strategies.

 

Prerequisites?

Introduction to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy – Part 1 must be completed prior to taking Part 2.

 

How long is the workshop?

5 sessions (1/week), 1.5 hours each session.
For webinars: *You’ll use the same Zoom link, meeting ID and password (that you receive in your confirmation email) to join each week

 

What will I gain from attending this workshop?

  • Build skills to challenge negative thinking
  • Create a plan to reduce feeling hopeless
  • Learn how to deal with setbacks
