Guelph Wellington After Hours Clinic
Patient must call their Doctor’s office to find out which location to visit (175 Chancellors Way or 1515 Gordon Street) and to ensure that they are not presenting reasons not suitable for the After Hours Clinic.
Regular (Non-Holiday) After Hours: Monday-Thursday: 5:00pm to 8:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am to 1:00pm

Phoenix Telehealth After Hours Clinic
Patients to call: 1-888-308-5228.
TeleHealth Nurse will triage appropriately. Calling during clinic hours will connect patients with the office on-call.

Weekends After Hours Clinic: Saturday and Sunday: 10:00am to 2:00pm
