Who is this webinar for?

Introduction to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy – Part 1 Webinar is for patients over 18 that are struggling with feeling down, worried, dealing with a major life transition or a difficult life situation.

 

How long is the webinar?

3 sessions (1/week), 1.5hrs each session.
*You will use the same Zoom link, meeting ID and password (that you receive in your confirmation email) to join each week

 

What will I gain from attending this webinar?

  • Learn about the relationship between your thoughts, feelings, and actions
  • Complete take-home readings and exercises to help you understand more about why you might act and feel the way you do
  • Enjoy a safe place to talk about feeling stressed, worried, or anxious
  • Start setting small, attainable goals to help you feel better

 

Do I have to keep my video ON during this webinar?

You may choose whether or not to keep your video ON. In order to fully participate in the session, we do recommend that you keep your video ON. However, we understand if this is not possible.

 

Is there a booklet or any handouts for this webinar?

In your registration email, you will see a link to download the booklet for this webinar. You will use these handouts for all 3 sessions.
