Who is this program for?

This program uses Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) as an option to help smokers quit smoking. This program is connected with all Guelph Family Health Team doctors offices.

What does this program look like?

You may be eligible for up to 26 weeks of free NRT on a yearly basis. As part of this program, you will also receive counselling to help you quit, as well as appropriate NRT aids (Patch, Gum, Lozenge, or Inhaler) at each of your individual appointments.
