If you have access to Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) or private benefits, you may wish to use these first, as they can sometimes offer faster or longer-term support.
Support for Your Mental Health and Well-Being
We provide short-term, patient-centered mental health support for children, youth, and adults experiencing mild to moderate concerns such as anxiety, stress, low mood, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm.
You will find a safe, respectful, and collaborative space where you can share your experiences and feel heard. Together, we focus on building your strengths, developing practical coping strategies, and supporting your well-being in ways that fit your life.

Our approach is goal-focused and time-limited, helping you build skills for lasting well-being.
