Who is this webinar for?

This webinar is for patients that have a hard time falling or staying asleep. You will learn some of the most powerful drug-free strategies that decrease insomnia. This webinar will not address medical conditions like sleep apnea.

 

How long is the webinar?

3 sessions (1/week), 1 hour each session.
*You will use the same Zoom link, meeting ID and password (that you receive in your confirmation email) to join each week
