Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is for adults who are having trouble with stress eating. Eating is a common coping strategy, especially during high stress times. If you are looking for ways to change these habits, this class may be helpful for you.
How long is the workshop?
1 session, 1.5 hours (includes a Q&A section)
