Who is it for?

This workshop is for adults who have a hard time falling or staying asleep. You will learn some of the most powerful drug-free strategies that decrease insomnia. This workshop will not address medical conditions like sleep apnea.

 

How long is the workshop?

1 session, 2 hours (includes a Q&A section)

  • The 3 keys to decreasing insomnia
  • The most common triggers for awakening in the night
  • The BMW approach to calming in bed
  • Avoiding the Big Mistake that pushes sleep away
  • Brain Body behaviours that promote better sleep

  • Body relaxation techniques
  • Tips on falling asleep more easily and get more energy from your sleep
