Who is it for?
This workshop is for patients that have a hard time falling or staying asleep. You will learn some of the most powerful drug-free strategies that decrease insomnia. This workshop will not address medical conditions like sleep apnea.
How long is the workshop?
3 sessions (1/week), 1 hour each session.
