These workshops are run by trained professionals and are designed to be interactive. In order for the workshops to run effectively, your camera must be turned ON.

 

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is for patients that have a hard time falling or staying asleep. You will learn some of the most powerful drug-free strategies that decrease insomnia. This workshop will not address medical conditions like sleep apnea.

 

How long is the workshop?

3 sessions (1/week), 1 hour each session.
For webinars: *You’ll use the same Zoom link, meeting ID and password (that you receive in your confirmation email) to join each week

 

What will I gain from attending this workshop?

  • Strategies to relax your busy thoughts
  • Body relaxation techniques
  • Learn how to fall asleep more easily and get more energy from your sleep

 

Is there a booklet or any handouts for this workshop?

You will receive handouts for this workshop by email (after the workshop is presented).
