Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is for patients that have a hard time falling or staying asleep. You will learn some of the most powerful drug-free strategies that decrease insomnia. This workshop will not address medical conditions like sleep apnea.
How long is the workshop?
3 sessions (1/week), 1 hour each session.
For webinars: *You’ll use the same Zoom link, meeting ID and password (that you receive in your confirmation email) to join each week

Learn how to fall asleep more easily and get more energy from your sleep

You may choose whether or not to keep your video ON. In order to fully participate in the session, we do recommend that you keep your video ON. However, we understand if this is not possible.
