These workshops are run by trained professionals and are designed to be interactive. In order for the workshops to run effectively, your camera must be turned ON.

 

Who is this workshop for?

All people experience stress from time to time. Sometimes the stressors build and leave us feeling overwhelmed and stuck. By exploring the role of stress and how it can take a toll on our health, this workshop involves learning how to reduce your demands and increase your resources to help you better manage the stressors in your life.

 

How long is the workshop?

2 sessions (1/week), 1.5 hours each.
For webinars: *You’ll use the same Zoom link, meeting ID and password (that you receive in your confirmation email) to join each week

 

What will I gain from attending this workshop?

  • Identify sources of stress in your life
  • Develop healthy coping strategies
  • Discover other Guelph FHT resources that can help

 

Facilitated by a Mental Health Counsellor (M.S.W.)

  • Participants must be 18 years of age or older to attend
