These workshops are run by trained professionals and are designed to be interactive. In order for the workshops to run effectively, your camera must be turned ON.
Who is this workshop for?
Pregnancy and Mood is for current and prospective caregivers (e.g. mothers, fathers, grandparents, adopted parents) who are wanting to learn how to take care of their mental health during prenatal and postpartum months.
How long is the workshop?
1 session, 1.5 hours.
What will I gain from attending this workshop?
Learn about factors that can make us more vulnerable to mental health struggles during pregnancy and postpartum stages
Understand the types of anxiety and mood disorders that present during pregnancy and postpartum
Become familiar with treatment options
Learn ways to support your partner
Enjoy a safe place to talk about feeling stressed, worried or anxious
Create a plan to support your family during your pregnancy and postpartum phases
