Who is it for?

This class is for adults who are having trouble with stress eating. Eating is a common coping strategy, especially during high stress times. If you are looking for ways to change these habits, this class may be helpful for you.

 

How long is the workshop?

1 session, 1.5 hours (includes a Q&A section)

 

What topics will be covered?

  • Understanding cravings and eating triggers
  • Learning more about hunger and fullness cues
  • Ways to change your response to eating triggers

 

What will I gain from attending?

  • A better understanding of your eating triggers
  • Strategies to manage cravings and change your eating behaviours
