Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is for individuals who have diabetes and are interested in learning more about medication that helps lower blood sugars and reduce the risk of long-term complications. Family members/support person(s) welcome.

How long is the workshop?

1 session, 1 hour.

What will I gain from attending this workshop?

• Review of common medications for blood sugar management, their effect on the body and why they may be prescribed

• Learn about different oral and injectable medications

Facilitated by a Diabetes Educator
