Who is this workshop for?

Learn about the connections between what we eat and depression and anxiety. Learn how our diet can play a role in influencing our mental health. This workshop will explore eating strategies to support mood regulation.


How long is the workshop?

1 session, 1 hour.

  • To understand how our food choices influence our mood
  • To better understand the influence of our thoughts, feelings and behaviours on our food choices and mood
  • To learn about diet patterns to support our mood
