Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is for patients 18+ struggling with excessive worry or anxiety most of the time. A group with additional focus on anxiety-related challenges that explores the role of thoughts along with CBT tools and strategies.



Introduction to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy – Part 1 must be completed prior to taking Part 2.


How long is the workshop?

5 sessions (1/week), 90 mins each session.
For Webinars: *You’ll use the same Zoom link, meeting ID and password (that you receive in your confirmation email) to join each week
