Who is this workshop for?
Introduction to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy – Part 1 Workshop is for patients over 18 that are struggling with feeling down, worried, dealing with a major life transition or a difficult life situation.
How long is the workshop?
3 sessions (1/week), 1.5hrs each session.
For webinars: *You’ll use the same Zoom link, meeting ID and password (that you receive in your confirmation email) to join each week
