Who is this workshop for?

Anyone experiencing stress or anxiety that is impacting their quality of life or sleep and seeking to learn ways to calm the mind and the body.

 

How long is the workshop?

1 session, 45 minutes

 

What topics will be covered?

  • Healthy vs unhealthy calming strategies
  • We all seek ways to calm ourselves, often in unhealthy ways like food, alcohol, drugs, video games, Netflix, etc.
  • Personal tools that are free and readily accessible to you

 

What will I gain from attending this workshop?

  • Strategies that access the ‘volume control’ of stress in your mind and in your body
  • Acquire skills that may help you gain relief and feelings of calm

 

Facilitated by a Mental Health Counsellor (M.S.W.)
