Information:
Therapeutic horseback riding lessons for persons with disabilities. Lessons held in 8 week session during year round.  Riders also participate in exercises to improve their strength and flexibility.  Camp Pride, an 8 week integrated day camp is held during the summer with over 190 kids.  Fees apply.

Encourages and facilitates the participation of individuals with intellectual disabilities in fitness, sports, and leisure activities.  Competition at regional, provincial, national and international levels.  Numerous sports including: swimming, 5 pin bowling, floor hockey, track and field, baseball, basketball and soccer.  Ages 8+ and 18+.  Membership fees apply.
